Heartland is located on the most Western edge of Cochrane. It features practical amenities such as fuel, restaurants & childcare. Being on the Western edge makes it the perfect location if you spend your weekends in the mountains hiking, quading, camping etc. You will also have access to the path systems along the Bow by using the new pedestrian crossing to the South leading to West Pointe.  From here, you can walk along the river all the way to Gleneagles on the most Easterly edge of Cochrane! Heartland also boasts of expansive mountain views and is home to the new protective services building which has a scheduled completion of Summer 2023.
